Char the jalapenos: Grill or roast them over an open flame until the skins are blackened. Set one aside for garnish, and slice the other, removing the stem.
Prepare the rim: Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your cocktail glass, then dip it into Tajin seasoning and set the glass aside.
Muddle the ingredients: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add a few slices of charred jalapeno and a few chunks of fresh mango, then muddle well with the back of a spoon or cocktail muddler.
Shake the cocktail: Add tequila, lime juice, and mango juice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well chilled.
Pour and serve: Strain or pour the mixture into your prepared glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish: Top with a skewer of Tajin-dusted mango, the reserved charred jalapeno, and a lime wheel for a vibrant finish.
